Concentrates are essentially a concentrated extract of cannabinoids, terpenes, THC and other chemical compounds from the marijuana plant without the excess plant material. The extraction process differs depending on what concentrate is desired. Marijuana concentrates have a higher proportion of terpenes and cannabinoids than the raw flower.

Tincture, batter/budder/badder, caviar, crumble, diamonds, hash, hash rosin, kief, live press resin, moonrock, shatter, sugar, THCA isolate. We carry a selection of all these products!

 

Hash: Hash comes in many different colors and formats and is made using a solventless technique. Hash is kief that has been compressed. It ranges from dark brown to blonde and comes pressed, in a granular texture (ice water hash or bubble hash) or in a more malleable texture (temple balls.)

Caviar: Caviar is made by soaking flower in strong hash oil. It may also be rolled in kief and then dried. Also known as moonrocks.

Moonrocks: Moonrocks, also known as caviar, are buds that have been dipped in hash oil and then rolled in a layer of kief.

Tincture: Tincture is a liquid, alcohol-based, cannabis concentrate.

Shatter: Shatter is brittle and thin, and as its name implies, it comes in glass-like sheets that are amber colored. It can also come in a gooier or sappier form akin to taffy. Shatter is generally good for vaporizing and dabbing.

Live Resin: Live resin is made from flower that is frozen immediately after harvest and then thawed. It’s known for its intense flavor and is highly aromatic. Since the plant is frozen immediately after harvest, the terpenes that are lost in the traditional curing/drying process are kept intact.

Rosin: Rosin has a waxy to syrupy texture with an amber to yellow creamy color. It is not extracted with any solvents or chemicals but instead relies on heat and pressure to extract the compounds.

Crumble: A waxy and solid concentrate with a crumbly texture ranging from yellow – orange to light brown. It is sometimes compared to brown sugar. Crumble wax is difficult to handle and therefore not as suitable for dabbing. Some people like to top their bowl with it.

Wax: Waxes are generally sticky and yellowish brown to amber in color and can vary from a gel to a firm wax consistency. It is usually smoked with a vaporizer or water pipe.

Badder/Batter/Budder: Budder is a cannabis concentrate that has the consistency of “butter” hence the name. Appearance can range from orange to light golden yellow. Its texture allows it to be easily spread on blunts or joints or dabbed on a dab rig.

Distillate: Distillate is an extract that has been isolated down to just one cannabinoid. It is the base ingredient of most edibles and vape cartridges.

Kief: Kief is trichome crystals that have been physically removed from the plant.  It generally has a much lower THC concentrate than other concentrates. Applying heat and pressure will turn kief into hash.

Diamonds: Diamonds are a crystalline form of concentrate and generally more expensive due to the time-consuming extraction method which separates THCA molecules and terpenes from everything else.

THC-A Isolate – THC-A isolate is the purest and most potent form of concentrate. They have a white crystalline or powdery appearance. There are no traces of fats, lipids, terpenes, flavonoids, or any other components of the raw plant. This means it has little to no aroma, flavor or color. THC-A does not have psychoactive properties, it will not make you high in its crystalline state. It must be heated to convert the THC-A to THC through a vaporizer or through combustion, a process called decarboxylation. This will convert the THC-A into very potent and nearly pure THC. THC is psychoactive while THC-A on its own, unheated, is not. Many benefits are attributed to THC-A isolate including pain relief, relief from muscle spasms, and anti-emetic properties that can make it useful as an appetite stimulant for cancer patients* *This is not medical advice, please consult with your physician before attempting to treat any medical condition.

Live concentrates are made with plant material that was frozen immediately after harvest. The material is then thawed before the extraction process. Freezing the material allows for skipping the curing process and therefore retains most of the natural terpenes. Live concentrates are considered superior and are generally more expensive. Cured concentrates are made from plant material that has undergone the traditional curing process.

Depending on what form you are consuming, it can be consumed on its own, sprinkled into a joint, or mixed into a batch of edibles. There is a tool designed for vaping concentrates called a dab rig. A dab rig is similar to a bong though it has a piece called a nail or a banger instead of a bowl for holding the material. The nail is then heated for approximately 30 to 60 seconds BEFORE the dab is added. When the dab hits the hot nail it vaporizes so it may be inhaled through the mouthpiece. There are also dab pens or wax pens that have been created for use with concentrates. 

Concentrates may also be smoked out of traditional tools like pipes, bongs, and joints.

Many people prefer to use concentrates because they deliver more of the essential compounds (cannabinoids, terpenes, etc.) than other methods of ingestion. Some prefer them so they can avoid the potentially ill effects of smoking and to avoid the odor.

A tincture is essentially a cannabis extract that is made by infusing the plant matter with a base liquid such as food-grade alcohol, oil or glycerin, although, food grade alcohol is generally what is used when referring to a tincture. After steeping the plant matter in the liquid for several days to weeks the plant matter is then strained out of the liquid. The liquid that remains is now a tincture. The compounds such as THC, CBD and other cannabinoids and terpenes are now in the liquid. Usually, you’ll see tinctures coming in 1 fl oz (30mL) glass bottles with droppers to administer it. Tinctures are to be administered sublingually (under the tongue) where it is directly absorbed. You should place it under the tongue for at least 30 seconds to let it absorb before swallowing. It generally takes 15 -30 minutes to feel the effects. Tinctures are one of the healthier ways to consume cannabis and are more discreet than other methods of ingestion. You can also easily customize the dosage you wish to take. As with edibles and other cannabis products, you should start with a low dose until you are accustomed to the effects.

Pickup is you come to us and delivery is we come to you. Our pickup location is in downtown Brooklyn. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer pick up in any other borough. Delivery is us coming to your location.

We run a delivery route through each borough, so we are guaranteed to be in each area at least once a day, although, we are in some areas 2 or 3 times a day. Please check with the dispatcher to get a window for your delivery time. Unfortunately, we deal with traffic and other variables that are out of our control. We do our best to move as quickly as possible, but the further out you are located the later it will be when we reach you.

If you want to meet us on the move, you pick the time and we pick the place or you pick the place and we pick the time. We are very flexible and can go anywhere you are. If you have things to do, we can meet you wherever you are. If you need things before we can make a delivery to you, you can schedule a pickup at our Brooklyn location or meet the runner.

When placing an order on the website you can chose a delivery window. That way we can do our best to navigate within your schedule. We can get to you on the front end or the back end of our route. We do our best to minimize the wait times by staying flexible. Having your order in earlier also helps with the delivery so we can plan the routes accordingly.

No, unfortunately we are not a call and come service. We service all of New York City including all 5 boroughs. We do our routes in a certain order so we can complete all the deliveries for the day. We cannot bounce between boroughs; we deliver in the order that orders come in. Otherwise, we wouldn’t be able to complete all our orders in a single day.

In order to be eligible for delivery you must spend the minimum ($100.00) for most areas in the 5 boroughs. There is a $200.00 minimum for delivery to any area that is further out i.e., some areas of The Bronx, areas of Queens, Staten Island, Rockaways, etc. Otherwise, there is only a delivery fee on one item category, the ounce special.

Yes, as we meet in a car, we can come to wherever you are.

No. Unfortunately, we run a route so we cannot guarantee to be in a specific place at a specific time. Generally, you give us a time and we give you the place or you give us the place and we give you the time. As we are dealing with other variables such as traffic there always needs to be a window for delivery time. However, as previously recommended, you do not need to wait at a single location.  If you are on the move, we can come to you wherever you are. If you are mobile, you can simply meet the runner wherever they are at a certain time.

No, we only deliver in the 5 boroughs of New York City. However, we do ship to these locations!

If you live outside of the city and still want to order or meet up, we provide a couple of different options. 1: Shipping: We can ship something directly to your address using USPS. 2: Pickup. If you’re coming into NYC via train or car we can coordinate a time between your schedule and ours in order to minimize your wait time at the pickup location.

The option that generally involves the least wait time is meeting us at our pickup location near downtown Brooklyn.

Generally, no. We meet in the car as this is the fastest and easiest way to meet. If you happen to be injured, recovering from surgery, elderly or otherwise incapacitated we may be able to make an exception to the rule.

We recommend that you have your payment method sorted out as soon as possible after placing the order to avoid confusion or delay. Please make sure that your method of payment is operational i.e., credit cards in good standing. However, we do send a text when we are about 2 or 3 stops away (approximately 30 minutes.)

It’s difficult to predict what the wait time will be as it depends on many factors beyond our control. The closer you are to downtown Brooklyn the faster you will receive your order as this is where we start. We will keep you informed along the way.

Please be sure to look up and down the block as the driver may have to pull up to a hydrant or look for an open space. Their lights will always be flashing so please look for the vehicle with flashing lights.

Please contact us. Contactless deliveries must be paid in advance, or the money must be left in the mailbox or the location where we are making the drop. We will then message as we are getting close to your stop and again after the drop is done. We will also send a photo of where the package is left for confirmation.

We meet in the car. When the driver arrives, please hop in the front seat on the passenger side. Please do not pull money out in the street while you are waiting for the car. Please do not try to do anything through the window i.e., handing anything in/out of the car window. Please get into the car like it is a friend or Uber picking you up. The runner can handle the transaction details. If there happens to be law enforcement on the block or in the area, please hop into the car and the runner will drive away like you are getting into an Uber. We will drop you around the corner or down the block where it is safe and then we can go our separate ways.

  1. Is the “pickup” ounce (OZ) flower special. This is the most economical choice. It is $250.00 for pickup or $300.00 for delivery.
  2. If you are interested in the highest quality ounce (OZ) flower special, we have a buy 4 quarters and get the 5th free deal. You pick any 4 quarters off the menu and you will get the 5th free. Every strain is eligible except foreign genetics and designer items.
How it works: We charge you for the 4 most expensive strains you have chosen, you will get the 5th/cheapest for free. So, if you picked 4 $140.00 level strains and 1 $100.00 level strain you will get the $100.00 level strain for free. This option is popular as it allows you to sample various items from our menu of 150+ items at a decent price.

Yes, we have a cart special which is: (3) 0.5 gram carts for $120. It can also be one full 1 gram cart and a 0.5 gram cart. For anything over the 3 for $120: 2 grams worth of carts is $160 or 4 half grams is $160. Etc. Designer carts from out of state are not included and carts that are 1 gram for $60.00 are also not included.

The strains listed on the menu are what we have available. If it’s not on the menu it is not available. The telegram menu is not always immediately up to date and may be a few days old at times, however, the site is always up-to-date. If we don’t have the exact item that you want, we may have something similar.

Yes, we do! Our 109mm pre-rolls are made from 1 gram to 1.5 grams of the high quality $120.00 level flower. There are no stems, twigs, or any other kind of material other than flower. We offer sativa, indica and hybrid options but we do not have pre-rolls of every strain available, and the strains are subject to change. Often our pre-rolls are a mix of a few different strains within a category.

We are happy to make recommendations for you if you give us guidelines on what you are looking for, i.e., sativa, hybrid, indica and the price point i.e., $100.00, $120.00, or $140.00. Please be aware that everyone’s physiology varies, as does the bioavailability of constituents such as THC & CBD in each item. A product may feel very different depending on the method of consumption and the individual consuming it. If you want to try the best of something, just simply state that you want “the best”. We have a large selection on our menu and there is something for everyone. If you are more particular, please understand that we base all our products on strength. Nothing is low quality, but the $140.00 level products will obviously be of higher strength than the $120.00 level. When substitutions must be made, we go for feel and not brand. If you want a specific brand, please let us know.

If this is your first time shopping with us please create an account on our site so you will be able to view our full menu. Next, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and then proceed to the checkout. We offer 3 ways to receive your order. Pickup, same day delivery in NYC and the 5 boroughs or we can ship outside of the city. We can also ship within NYC and offer contactless delivery.

The best days to place an order are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Friday and Saturday are the busiest days and have longer wait times. To avoid a long wait time, you can also come by one of our pick-up locations.

The earlier the better. Please contact us early on the day that you want to schedule a delivery as you will then have access to every item on our menu. If the order comes in later after the runners have already left (2:00 pm) they may have to make substitutions as they may not be carrying the exact item(s) you requested. Getting your order in by 11:00 a.m. or noon is the safest bet if you want a particular item from our menu.

If you are placing your order later in the day, please try to be flexible. Delivery may be pushed to the next day if it is placed too late in the day. Substitutions may be made. The later in the day we arrive the less selection we will have left with us as we cannot bring our entire menu with us to deliveries.

After you place your order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is confirmed all you need to do is sit back and relax, we’ll come to you. We run a route, which means we are in different areas of the city at different times. When we get to your neighborhood, we will message you when we are 2 or 3 stops away, (generally about 30 minutes.) We’ll then message you again when you are next with the exact ETA and then again when we arrive.

Please try to order before you are completely out of product so you will have something until your delivery arrives. If you need something immediately you can always come to us and meet the runner wherever he is. We are very flexible as we meet in the car. You can also place an order through our website and set it for a future date.

If you’re traveling, we can ship to your location ahead of time if you provide us with enough notice. Domestically shipped orders will not need as much notice as internationally shipped orders.

Our delivery hours are 7 days a week from 2pm-12am. We are available for local pick up 7 days a week from 2pm-8pm. Once you have chosen all of your products, follow all prompts and select a delivery option that suits your needs. Wait for confirmation, and in a Flash ⚡️your products will either be delivered to you, ready for pick up, or on its way shipped to you depending on the delivery option you have chosen.

The best days to place an order are Monday-Saturday. Sunday we have a limited driving crew so wait times could be longer. Thursday, Friday and Saturday are the busiest days of the week due to payday and the weekend so if you’re calling on those days please be patient. However, Monday Tuesday and Wednesday we are fully staffed and it’s less busy so we’ll get to you faster on those days. Again, we try our best to get to everyone as quickly as possible, but the sheer number of calls creates longer waits. 

Please place your orders early on the day you would like to meet us.

If it is a true emergency and you need something immediately you can always pick up near us in Brooklyn. You can also meet the runners where they are at any time. What we suggest to our regular customers however is that you plan a day or two in advance and give us a call while you still have some cannabis left, therefore on the delivery day you have something to smoke and it relieves the pressure of us having to be somewhere immediately.

Again, we suggest for our regular clients to try to avoid these situations as much as possible. We are open 7 days a week, so if you’re leaving town on a planned trip please try to call us a day or two in advance in order to alleviate the stress of having to meet immediately or on a tight window. Aside from that, if there is no other option except picking something up the day you are traveling it’s much easier to come pick up by us instead of waiting for a delivery.

The way to guarantee that your order is exact in brands and strains is to order early before the runners leave. This allows you access to the full menu and full array of products that we have. Once the runners leave we cannot take the full menu with us due to our large selection. When an order is received after this point we pick and choose popular strains across all the items and do our best to have sativa hybrid and indica options of every product. If an order is received after the runners leave and we do not have something exactly, we will substitute products that are similar that should give a similar feel, ie. sativa for sativa, hybrid for hybrid, indica for indica. The later it gets however the more we run out of products and the less selection is available. Essentially, the trick is to order early in the day and that way you have access to everything.

We would be happy to make recommendations for you if you give us guidelines like sativa, hybrid or indica and the price point ($100, $120, 140, etc.). However, remember that recommendations are not an exact science and everything about cannabis is very personal. If you find a strain you like stick with it. We have lots to try, so if you happen to get something you don’t like there are many other options. All of our products are high quality and everybody has their favorite. Generally, if we don’t like it, we don’t put it on the menu. 

Yes you can. However, in order to be eligible for delivery you must spend the minimum. The minimum is $100.00 to most areas in the 5 boroughs. $200.00 to any far out areas within the boroughs such as areas of the Bronx or Staten Island.

“Special” is our special bulk flower purchase discount. You receive 5 quarters for the price of 4. This special is eligible with all levels except exotic level strains. You may mix and match as well as stack these specials.

For example, 2 specials = 10 quarters. You are truly paying for 8 quarters, while getting two quarters free.

We also have a cart special. These specials allow you to take any 3 – 0.5 g carts at a combined priced of $120.

The strains we have available are the ones listed on the menu – if it’s not there, it’s not available. You can always request certain things that we can look for, but generally we’re buying the best quality product around. We really aren’t strain specific; our goal is just to carry the best cannabis possible.

Once your order is confirmed then all you need to do is sit back and relax and we come to you. We run a route so we are in different areas of the city at different times. When we get to your neighborhood we will message you that you are two or three stops out which generally means about 30 minutes. We’ll then message you again when you’re next with the exact ETA, and finally message you when we arrive.

Cash is preferred though we also accept credit, debit, and cryptocurrency. If you’re using debit or credit, it must have a chip and you must have matching ID at time of purchase. When using cryptocurrency we will forward you the wallet address beforehand. Please try to get those payments in early as it takes a minute for the block chain to verify. Again, please have your cash ready. If for some reason you forgot your cash and need to go to the ATM, please go to the driver FIRST so he can drive you over to the ATM machine.

Shipping orders must be paid electronically. As with our standard orders, credit, debit card, and cryptocurrency are accepted. Payments must be made before the order is processed. Once the order is paid it will be processed and shipped. You will receive a tracking number for your package as a confirmation.

We take any major credit card with a chip in it. If your card does not have a chip in it, we do not take it.

We take US dollars – no international currency please. We take any bill except old $100.00 bills. If it doesn’t have the strip in it, we don’t take it. Please get change for your older hundreds. We have the right to reject any bill that we don’t feel comfortable with. Don’t take it personally, please try to have a backup for any currency that may look suspect.

Yes! We do not keep your information or have access to it. We will send you an invoice to complete the transaction.

 If you’re going to cancel an order please send us a message immediately. It’s all good to cancel, but please let us know. Don’t have us show up to a location and not answer or not be around. If it’s getting too late and you’re feeling tired please just send us a message we can push it to the next day, but communication is key. It’s fine if it’s not going to work out, but once we’ve confirmed we are going to come 100%, so if you have a change of plan please let us know so we can make adjustments as early as possible.

Typically all sales are final, especially with Covid-19. In some cases we can issue a credit if applicable or possibly swap an unsealed or unused untouched item. But for the most part the consumer is responsible for choosing the proper product. We will do our best to accommodate where and if applicable.

We ship via USPS on Mondays and Fridays. We provide 2 delivery options: priority and overnight. We also use USPS international shipping. Standard priority is $15.00, overnight is $30.00, and international is $60.00. Rates are subject to change depending on the location. All packages are sealed in a non-descript box. There will be no smell, no stickers, no signage, no trace that would alert anybody to what’s in the box. Everything is discreet and vacuum sealed.

Sativa is more suitable for daytime activities such as riding a bike, going to the park, creative pursuits and being out and about. Indica is more suited to nighttime activities such as watching a movie or assisting with falling asleep. It is known for its “couch lock” properties. Hybrid is somewhere in the middle with a more balanced profile. We have sativa hybrid and indica hybrid which lean their specific ways on the spectrum. Of course, everyone’s physiology is unique so you may have to experiment to find just the right fit.

Generally, indica is more desirable for inducing sleep. We have indica flower, indica vape products, indica concentrates, and indica edibles to choose from. Always start with the lowest dose and give yourself some time to adjust.

Sativa and sativa hybrids are generally the best for creativity as they are considered more stimulating and suited to activity/concentration. We have sativa flower, sativa concentrates, and sativa edibles to choose from. Always start with the lowest dose and give yourself time to adjust.

Generally, indica would be more suited to treat anxiety. The more sativa heavy a strain is the more likely it is to induce anxiety in susceptible individuals.

Sativa dominant strains are less likely to induce hunger.

No. There has been so much crossbreeding over the last few decades that basically every strain is a hybrid. Something that is 80% sativa is considered sativa and something that is 80% indica is considered an indica. Most strains are in the middle somewhere and have been hybridized by crossing strains.

Everything on our menu is priced on quality – the higher the price the higher the quality.

The $140.00 level flower is the best you’ve ever smoked or akin to the best you’ve ever smoked. You should be able to get high off a couple of pulls on a joint. If you were to smoke an entire joint you would be high the whole day, maybe even when you wake up the next. In other words, it is a more concentrated high.

The $120.00 level is excellent flower, not quite on par with the $140.00 level but it would still be hard to find any fault with these strains though they may not keep you high as long. You may need to smoke multiple times in a day.

The $100.00 level is lower quality indoor grown flower. It is still very good but has a lower THC level. These strains are more suitable for those who do not like an intense high from cannabis or those who do not have a lot of experience smoking.

The $250.00/$300.00 ounce level strains are some low quality indoor with some high quality greenhouse, basically light dep. These are the most economical options we offer. Again, nothing is poor quality, but everything is priced based on quality. 

The higher the price, the higher the quality. The $140.00 per quarter level may sound expensive, but you won’t need as much to obtain a good high. Therefore, it should last longer than getting an ounce of lesser quality material that you would need to smoke more of.

The breakdown is as follows:

Eighth (1/8) = 3.5 grams

Quarter (1/4) = 7 grams (There are 4 quarters in an ounce)

Ounce (OZ) = 28 grams

You cannot go on appearance to gauge the weight of flower as buds come in all different shapes and sizes. If you have a kitchen scale you can check the weight of your product if in doubt. If for some reason there has been an error, though this would be rare, we will absolutely correct it.

Edibles are cannabis infused items that are to be ingested orally. There are now many choices to choose from, gummies, hard candies, brownies, cookies, mints, tablets, drinks. Practically anything you can eat/drink can be infused with cannabis. Some ingest edibles strictly for recreational purposes though others use them for the medicinal benefits that are touted such as pain relief and the ability to assist with sleep. Some people prefer edibles as it limits one exposure to smoke.

This is a great question, but unfortunately only you have the answer! Edibles are tricky and dosage is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on several factors including dosage, bioavailability, and your own physiology. These factors can also change from one time to the next. Dosage should be determined according to one’s tolerance if known. Remember that the effects from ingesting cannabis via edibles last much longer than intake by any other method. You may think of it like an extended-release medication, it can take longer to work but lasts much longer once it does kicks in.

When attempting to determine your dosage for the first time you should only sample a small piece of an edible. It’s recommended that you do this in the evening or when you have time to gauge the potential effects. Please pay attention to the indicated dosage! It can vary widely and is not dependent on the size of the edible. Some edibles have marks indicating the dosage. You can start as low as 1mg or 2mg if you are new to cannabis products or sensitive to medications etc. then go to 5 mg, then go to 10mg, 20mg etc. The most important thing to remember is that it takes time to feel it’s effects. It’s recommended you wait 2 hours before taking more. The biggest (and unfortunately the most common) mistake people make is taking more before they’ve given it a chance to circulate/digest and do its work. They then ingest more, and it all ends up kicking in at once and creates an uncomfortable sensation. So be patient when trying to determine your dosage the first few times. Also be aware that it may interact with certain medications.

First, try to take a deep breath. You will be fine! As unpleasant as you may feel, try to remember that it is only temporary, even if you feel like “you’re going to die.” If you end up feeling overwhelmed try to take deep breaths, drink water, take a shower and try to sleep until the effects wear off. Remember to store edibles safely away from children, pets, and others that may ingest them not realizing they are medicated.

A real cart is from the manufacturer or is as advertised. A bootleg cart has the packaging of a particular company but is filled by someone else. However, just because it is a bootleg cart doesn’t mean that it is bad. The quality of carts is measured by the quality of the oil. There are a lot of extractors out there that have high end Delta 9 oil for cheaper than some of the name brand companies. Any cart on our menu, whether real or bootleg is extremely high-quality oil. We do not buy cheap oil or have products that are not tested in a lab. Every cart we carry is high quality oil.

Yes, all the cartridges we sell are lab tested.

If the cart is faulty, leaking, cracked or broken fresh out of the box we will replace it. However, if the cart fails after you have been using it, we cannot replace it. Our procedure is that we swap out the faulty cartridge on your next order. We do not make special trips to replace cartridges. You can come and pick up by us and swap it out at any time. Please keep in mind that every cartridge has a bubble in it and they are not completely full.

The first thing you do if the cartridge is not working is check the connection. Not every battery works with every cartridge. It is important to try to test the cartridge with multiple batteries to see if it is a battery issue. Second, sometimes cartridges leak a little and therefore will not connect properly with the battery.  A trick is to use a Q-tip with a little rubbing alcohol to clean off the connection completely and then retry.

*Please note: The disposable cartridges have a bubble in them when it is new, please carefully smack it against your palm vigorously to pop the bubble in the cart so you will be able to draw from it easier.

If you’ve tried to troubleshoot the cartridge and it’s still not working, you can arrange for us to replace it the next time we meet. As an alternative, using a syringe you can transfer the oil to a working cartridge. This is what we suggest to our mail order customers since we have no returns set up for mail order. For local customers, if you are returning a cartridge, you must return the cartridge in its original packaging to us at the time of the swap. If you don’t have the cartridge or the packaging, then we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

The battery you need will depend on your product choice.

We carry all the accessories to complement our items and can assist you in determining what you need. Batteries generally are as follows:

510 batteries (the most common/ typical standard size battery) will fit most carts. This has become a universal standard. This comes in a $20.00 option.

Rubi batteries are for use with Rubi carts only. These are priced at $40.00.

Stizzy batteries are for use with Stizzy carts only. These are priced at $40.00.

Juul batteries are for use with Juul pods only. These are priced at $40.00.

First, please make sure that the battery is charged. Although they should have a little bit of charge straight out of the box, they don’t always come charged. Second, the battery is turned off and on by five clicks. Five rapid clicks to turn on, five rapid clicks to turn off. If there is a faulty battery or a faulty charger out of the box, we will replace it.

Our pre-rolls are made from flower off of the $120 level. There are no stems or twigs or any kind of material other than flower and our pre-rolls. They are 109 mm cones, the largest raw cones you can get basically, so each pre-roll is a gram to a gram and a half of flower. The strains are subject to change. We offer sativa, hybrid, and indica options, but we do not have pre-rolls for every individual strain. Often, the strains of our pre-rolls are a mix of a few different ones within a category.

Placing An Order

Great! Well let’s start off by saying welcome to the Flash ⚡️family. Congrats on finding us, and this process is very easy. You will go to our site and browse accordingly. Once you have chosen all of your products, follow all prompts and select a delivery option that suits your needs. Wait for confirmation, and in a Flash ⚡️your products will either be delivered to you, ready for pick up, or on its way shipped to you depending on the delivery option you have chosen.

The best days to place an order are Monday-Saturday. Sunday we have a limited driving crew so wait times could be longer. Thursday, Friday and Saturday are the busiest days of the week due to payday and the weekend so if you’re calling on those days please be patient. However, Monday Tuesday and Wednesday we are fully staffed and it’s less busy so we’ll get to you faster on those days. Again, we try our best to get to everyone as quickly as possible, but the sheer number of calls creates longer waits. 

Please place your orders early on the day you would like to meet us.

If it is a true emergency and you need something immediately you can always pick up near us in Brooklyn. You can also meet the runners where they are at any time. What we suggest to our regular customers however is that you plan a day or two in advance and give us a call while you still have some cannabis left, therefore on the delivery day you have something to smoke and it relieves the pressure of us having to be somewhere immediately.

Again, we suggest for our regular clients to try to avoid these situations as much as possible. We are open 7 days a week, so if you’re leaving town on a planned trip please try to call us a day or two in advance in order to alleviate the stress of having to meet immediately or on a tight window. Aside from that, if there is no other option except picking something up the day you are traveling it’s much easier to come pick up by us instead of waiting for a delivery.

The way to guarantee that your order is exact in brands and strains is to order early before the runners leave. This allows you access to the full menu and full array of products that we have. Once the runners leave we cannot take the full menu with us due to our large selection. When an order is received after this point we pick and choose popular strains across all the items and do our best to have sativa hybrid and indica options of every product. If an order is received after the runners leave and we do not have something exactly, we will substitute products that are similar that should give a similar feel, ie. sativa for sativa, hybrid for hybrid, indica for indica. The later it gets however the more we run out of products and the less selection is available. Essentially, the trick is to order early in the day and that way you have access to everything.

We would be happy to make recommendations for you if you give us guidelines like sativa, hybrid or indica and the price point ($100, $120, 140, etc.). However, remember that recommendations are not an exact science and everything about cannabis is very personal. If you find a strain you like stick with it. We have lots to try, so if you happen to get something you don’t like there are many other options. All of our products are high quality and everybody has their favorite. Generally we if we don’t like it, we don’t put it on the menu. 

Yes you can. However, in order to be eligible for delivery you must spend the minimum. The minimum is $100.00 to most areas in the 5 boroughs. $200.00 to any far out areas within the boroughs such as areas of the Bronx or Staten Island.

“Special” is our special bulk flower purchase discount. You receive 5 quarters for the price of 4. This special is eligible with all levels except exotic level strains. You may mix and match as well as stack these specials.

For example, 2 specials = 10 quarters. You are truly paying for 8 quarters, while getting two quarters free.

We also have a cart special. These specials allow you to take any 3 – 0.5 g carts at a combined priced of $120.

The strains we have available are the ones listed on the menu – if it’s not there, it’s not available. You can always request certain things that we can look for, but generally we’re buying the best quality product around. We really aren’t strain specific; our goal is just to carry the best cannabis possible.

Once your order is confirmed then all you need to do is sit back and relax and we come to you. We run a route so we are in different areas of the city at different times. When we get to your neighborhood we will message you that you are two or three stops out which generally means about 30 minutes. We’ll then message you again when you’re next with the exact ETA, and finally message you when we arrive.

Payment

Cash is preferred. Aside from that we accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bitcoin. Any electric payment aside from Bitcoin will have the 3% fee that the credit card companies charge added to the total. 

Shipping orders have to be paid electronically. As with our standard orders, credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bitcoin are accepted. Payments have to be made before the order is processed. Once the order is paid it will be processed and shipped. You will receive a tracking number for your package as a confirmation.

We take any major credit card with a chip in it. If your card does not have a chip in it, we do not take it. As far as currency, we take US dollars – no Euros or pounds or any other international currency. And for US currency we take any bill except old $100 bills. If it doesn’t have the strip in it, we don’t take it, so please get change for your small faced, older hundreds. We also have the right to reject any bill that we don’t feel comfortable with. Don’t take it personally, please try to have a backup for any type of currency that may look suspect.

Cancellations, Refunds and Order Issues

 If you’re going to cancel an order please send us a message immediately. It’s all good to cancel, but please let us know. Don’t have us show up to a location and not answer or not be around. If it’s getting too late and you’re feeling tired please just send us a message we can push it to the next day, but communication is key. It’s fine if it’s not going to work out, but once we’ve confirmed we are going to come 100%, so if you have a change of plan please let us know so we can make adjustments as early as possible.

Good question, because everyone makes mistakes, including us. If for whatever reason we happen to make a mistake please be aware it was an honest one. Just reach out to us and we will gladly fix the issue. We take pride in our customer service and love nothing better than to see a satisfied JF ⚡️ customer. 

Typically all sales are final, especially with Covid-19. In some cases we can issue a credit if applicable or possibly swap an unsealed or unused untouched item. But for the most part the consumer is responsible for choosing the proper product. We will do our best to accommodate where and if applicable.

Local Delivery

 We run a delivery route every day starting in downtown Brooklyn. Our first route goes to downtown Manhattan, midtown, uptown, the Bronx and then back down through Manhattan. Our secondary route goes from downtown Brooklyn to south Brooklyn, Bay Ridge, around through Howard Beach, up through Bed-Stuy/Greenpoint and then to Queens. Although we’re in different parts of the city at different times of the day, generally we’re in your area at the same time every day so that you can plan to meet us at a certain time.

Unfortunately we are not a call and come service. Because we service all of New York City including all five boroughs we have to do our routes in a certain order to complete all of our deliveries. We cannot bounce between boroughs and go in the order that calls come in or else we wouldn’t be able to get all of our orders completed in a single day.

There are only delivery fees on certain items on the menu and you will be made fully aware of what those items are. Aside from that we do not have delivery fees. Our minimum purchase for delivery is $100. If you’re looking to spend less than $100 you are required to pick up near our Brooklyn location. Certain areas that are at the edge of our delivery radius such as Staten Island and places far out in Queens nearing Long Island require a $200 purchase.

Yes, since we meet in the car we can come wherever you are. We would never ask people to sit at home or at their office and wait for us all day. We generally advise people to go about their day running errands, working, living their lives and we will meet you along the way. Please don’t feel that you have to sit at a single address and wait.

No. Unfortunately since we run a route we can’t guarantee to be at a specific location at a specific time. Generally the way it works is that you give us a time and we give you a place, or you give us a place and we give you a time. Additionally, since we’re dealing with traffic and other customers there always has to be a window of delivery time. However, as we’ve previously recommended, you do not have to stay at a single place and wait for us. If you’re on the move we can find you wherever you have to be, or if you’re mobile you can simply meet the runner wherever they are at a certain time.

No, we deliver in the five boroughs of New York City. Outside of that we ship our orders. That being said, we can meet you wherever is convenient in the city or we can put something in the mail. 

If you live outside of the city and still want to meet up we provide a couple different options. One, we can ship something directly to your address using USPS. Also, if you’re coming into the city via train or car we can coordinate a time between your schedule and and ours in order to try to minimize your wait time at the pickup location. It is not a perfect scenario however and sometimes there may still be a wait. The option that involves the least waiting around is often meeting us at our pickup spot in Brooklyn. This way you can show up, meet us right away and get back. The wait for our runners usually does not take a long time but there are some logistics involved that may create waiting here or there.

For the most part, no. We meet in the car as this is the easiest and quickest way to meet. If it happens to be that maybe you’re injured, recovering from a recent surgery, elderly or something along those lines we may make an exception to the rule. However, the majority of the time we will meet at the designated location in the car.

Yes, we will message you with an exact ETA when we’re 10 or 15 minutes away, but for the sake of speed we suggest that people get their money ready as early as possible (such as when the order is confirmed). Also, please make sure that your method of payment is operational such as credit cards in good standing, your Bitcoin working, there are balances on your electronic payment methods, etc. The faster we can move the faster we can get to you. 

 It’s hard to say what the average wait time is for a delivery. The closer you are to downtown Brooklyn the faster you will get it due to the simple fact that this is where we start. If we started in the Bronx, the Bronx would be first. It’s not as if we are giving customers special treatment, we go in the fastest order possible to get through all of our stops. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the speed at which we move. If it was up to us we would be done with our day in half the time. Our goals are aligned with your goals. We want to move as fast as possible and to see as many as people as quickly as we can but we are beholden to traffic conditions in the city such as bridge and tunnel traffic, school buses, trash trucks, weather, and anything else that creates slow moving vehicles. Additionally we are beholden to the customers. When people aren’t ready, or they don’t answer back immediately when we tell them to come down, or their money isn’t ready and they have to go to an ATM, all these things slow us down. Ultimately we try to fight through and move as fast as possible, but understand the quicker that you can get to us and the more ready that you are to see us the faster we can move and the sooner you’ll have your products.

Be sure to look up and down the block as the driver sometimes has to pull up to a hydrant or an open space to pull over. Their lights will always be flashing, so look for a car with flashing lights.

Contact us. Deliveries must be paid in advance or the money must be left in a mailbox or the location that we’re making the drop. Then we will message as we’re getting close to your stop and after the stop is done. We’ll also send a photo of where the package is left for confirmation. 

We meet in the car. When the driver arrives please hop in the front seat on the passenger side. Please do not pull money out in the street while you’re walking up to the car. Please don’t try to do anything out the window like a hand to hand out the window or outside of the car. Please get in the car like it’s a friend of yours and the runner can handle the transaction then. If there happens to be law enforcement on the block or in the area please hop in the car and the runner can drive away like you’re getting in an Uber or friend’s car. We will drop you around the corner or down the block where it’s safe and we can go our separate ways. 

We are like any other service industry tips are greatly appreciated but aren’t mandatory.

Once you browse your options and make your choice you will choose pick up as your delivery option. Then, you will be contacted for confirmation and exact location of pick up. Our location available for local pickups is in downtown Brooklyn area near Barclays arena.

Not every battery works with every cartridge, so it’s important to try to test the cartridge with multiple batteries to see if it’s a battery issue or a cartridge issue. Second, sometimes cartridges leak a little and therefore don’t connect all the way with the battery – an easy trick is to use a q-tip with a little rubbing alcohol to clean off the connection completely, then retry. 

If you tried to troubleshoot the cartridge and it doesn’t work you can arrange for us to replace it the next time we meet up. As an alternative, using a syringe you can transfer the oil to a working cartridge. This what we suggest to our mail order clients since there is no return set up for mail orders. For local customers, if you’re returning a cartridge you must return the cartridge in its original packaging to us at the time of the swap. If you don’t have the cartridge or you don’t have the packaging then unfortunately we are unable to accept your return.

First, make sure that the connectors are clean like you would with any other cart. Second, make sure that the prongs on the juul battery are lined up correctly with the connectors on the cartridge. In certain cases it is necessary to use a pair of tweezers to adjust the prongs to hit the cartridge at the correct place.

There are lots of tutorials online to watch specifically with smart carts, but if you turn the connection counterclockwise it often fixes the connection issue.

The battery you need will depend on your product choice. We carry all accessories to compliment our items and can assist you in determining what you need. Batteries generally go as follows:

⁃ 510 batteries (most common typical standard size battery) fit most normal carts. This has become a universal standard. These come in a $10 and $20 option.

⁃ Rubi batteries are for use with rubi carts only. These are priced at $40.

⁃ Stizzy batteries are for use with stizzy cart only. These are priced at $40.

⁃ Juul batteries are for use with juul pod only. These are priced at $40.

First, make sure that the battery is charged. Although they should have a little bit on them out of the box, they don’t always come charged. Second, the battery is turned off and on by five clicks. Five rapid clicks to turn it on, five rapid clicks to turn it off. If there’s a faulty battery or a faulty charger out of the box we will replace it.

Pre-Rolls

Our pre-rolls are made from flower off of the $120 level. There are no stems or twigs or any kind of material other than flower and our pre-rolls. They are 109 mm cones, the largest raw cones you can get basically, so each pre-roll is a gram to a gram and a half of flower. The strains are subject to change. We offer sativa, hybrid, and indica options, but we do not have pre-rolls for every individual strain. Often, the strains of our pre-rolls are a mix of a few different ones within a category.
